We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 8pm. You can also opt for our Click & Collect service to pick up your order from any Footpatrol or JD Sports store.
How can I enter a raffle for limited edition releases?
High-demand launches are managed via the Footpatrol Launches app. You must register an account, provide your payment details, and enter the draw for a chance to purchase the sneakers.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and the original shoebox included.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link from our courier partner.
